Refund policy


Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked courier, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Faulty or Damaged Items (Consumer Guarantees Act 1993)

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, and cannot be repaired, we will:
    • Cover the return shipping cost, and
    • Offer a repair, replacement, or refund

Please contact us within 03 days and provide photos/details of the issue.

Incorrect Items Sent

If we sent the wrong item:

  • We will cover all return shipping costs
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Consumables (such as filaments and laser materials)
  • Used or damaged items (not due to a fault)
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Software licenses or digital products once delivered

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos and issue details (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be approved before sending items back
  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected
  • A restocking fee (e.g., 10–20%) may apply for change-of-mind returns (optional, but recommended for electronics/machinery)
