Dispatch Timeframes

• 80% of items under 25kg are dispatched within 1 working day, and 100% within 3 working days.

• 80% of items over 25kg are dispatched within 2 working days, and 100% within 4 working days.

Rural Deliveries (Over 25kg)
For rural addresses, items over 25kg may require collection from your nearest freight depot. If this applies to your order, we will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable solution before dispatch.

Shipping Costs
Once a shipment has been booked, shipping fees are non-refundable, as courier and freight charges are paid at the time of booking.

Build-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
For build-to-order or pre-order products, we will provide an estimated shipping date. Delivery ETAs are based on international freight schedules. Please note that delays caused by port congestion, customs clearance, or other external factors are beyond our control.
